Terms of Service

By commissioning me you automatically agree to my TOS so please make sure to read it carefully.
- I will not draw NSFW.
- I have full right to refuse or terminate your commission at any point for any reason (for example; if you're being overly rude or disrespectful)
- you are allowed to post or use your commissioned artwork as long as you credit me with "@snowycloverpaw" where possible.
- I retain all copyrights over my work. (including any WIPs)
- I have the right to post the the commissions on my social medias and others places for sales/self premotion. If you prefer it not to be posted, please let me know before the art work is finished.
- Do NOT use my art for NFTs or to train AI art
- no refunds once payed. unless certain circumstances. (example: technical issues on my end)
- For payment plans, if anything happens that you can't continue the payments, you will only receive the unfinished piece if any.
- Do NOT remove any watermarks or signature from the drawing.
- Do NOT paint over/modify/trace/copy any of my artwork.
- It is your responsibility to save your commission after it is completed. I sometimes delete files after a few moths if it hasn't been used.
- you can sell your commissioned art but do NOT resell the art piece for more expensive then you paid for it.
- If you are very rude, or are disrespectful, I have full right to refuse to finish your commission and block you.(even after payment without refunds)

General Information

- I DO NOT DRAW NSFW
- All payments are in CAD and will be sent/received via PayPal or e-Transfer
- Everything is paid in advance (unless requested otherwise)
- After I accept the commission request I will contact you with payment details and when I receive the payment I will start on the sketch as soon as possible.
- Commission requests will be sent/received by google forms but any additional information or questions can be asked/answered by email or in DMs
- It is NOT first come, first serve and I have full right to refuse a request.
- I will contact you when I accept your commission and I will also contact you if there is any additional information needed or if I refuse your request, I will let you know.
- After I received the payment, I will be sending updates on my work-in-progress (WIP) images and you can provide feedback on any changes you would like
- You have the right to request any changes of small or large scale during the sketch phase if there are any requests after the sketch phase there will be a possibility of additional fees (all fees must be sent/received before the changes are made) fees range from around 3$ to 15$ depending on how big the change request is and how far in the drawing process it is
- Depending on the complexity of the commission and my availability to work on it, I can take up to 2 or 3 weeks to finish the drawing. some bigger projects could take even longer
- If I haven't sent you any updates on your commission in a span of 5 to 7 days you can contact me to request updates on your commission
- If you have any deadlines PLEASE let me know before I start drawing
